Laura Germishuys is a disability consultant, speaker, author and podcast host specialising in accessibility, workplace accommodations and disability inclusion.
As the founder of Disability Works, Laura brings professional experience across disability support, learning experience design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, e-learning and education. Her background also includes academic, editorial and organisational roles.
Laura is particularly interested in the potential of AI and technology to develop practical and creative solutions within the disability space and to improve equity and accessibility in education and the workplace.
